Thank you for supporting Anivoo! Because our products are instant digital downloads, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products — Non-Refundable

All Anivoo products are digital files (printable PDFs and animated videos) delivered instantly after purchase. Because these files cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We want you to buy with confidence, so we include detailed previews and descriptions on every product page — please review them before you order, so you know exactly what you're getting.

If Something's Wrong, We'll Make It Right

Your happiness matters to us. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it — with a replacement file or, where appropriate, a refund:

• The file won't download or won't open
• The file is corrupted or incomplete
• You received the wrong product
• The product is significantly different from its description

Just reach out through our Contact Us page with your order number, and we'll sort it out quickly.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are shopping from the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. However, for digital downloads, this right ends once the download begins, provided you have given your consent to start the download immediately at checkout. By downloading your files, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase.
